Making a purchase with @therapywithneuza

To make a purchase or register for an event, programe, service or subscription to membership with @therapywithneuza, you may be asked to register and open an account with @therapywithneuza,  which will require you to provide some compulsory personal information.

You confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times. You can update or correct your details at any time sending us an email.

When you make a purchase through the Website without completing a registration, you will still need to provide us with certain compulsory personal information in order for us to process your purchase. Payment

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. When you are using either a credit or debit card, by completing your payment details, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please be advised that where you select a payment method (where there is a third part), we will pass certain information to the relevant party (name, address, delivery address, email address, and phone number) so that they can process your application for and provide the service. All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer. We take full payment immediately for all subscriptions, services, programes and events. All payments must be received in full in advance of the commencement date for any programe, appointment or event.
