About

My purpose it to guide you back to your true Self

My name is Neuza and I’m Portuguese.
Mother of a boy, a passion for traveling, Kundalini yoga teacher, NLP coach, emotional coach, entrepreneur and spiritual.
I am a Projector with emotional authority and a 4/1 profile.
I find joy in guiding people around the globe to find their purpose and passion. I teach them how to reduce the gap between their ego (personality) and their soul.
I use the tools I learn from my own journey. For example, astrology, human design, attachment styles, somatic healing, kundalini yoga, and NLP. I keep learning and discovering many others.

My Story:

You are the result of your choices not the result of your circumstances

With this thought in mind, I confronted my ego whenever I felt like a victim of my own journey. At just 18, I became a single mother with no resources, no job, and no formal education. But I had faith, resilience, and most importantly, I had myself.

From a young age, I questioned the purpose of my challenges and sought meaning beyond mere survival. Though asking these questions was important, I was still trapped in a ‘victim’ mindset.

Over the last 14 years, I learned how to navigate life as a solo mom. I also learned how to navigate life as a woman, a teacher, and an entrepreneur. Most importantly, I learned as a human being. Through ups and downs, I launched my first official business at 23—a vegetarian kindergarten—only to go bankrupt within a year. But I did not stop. I started again, eventually achieving financial freedom and moving beyond survival mode. By 29, I had checked off all the boxes society demands: my own home, a car, financial stability.

But was I happy? No. My feminine energy was depleted, my masculine energy was overextended, and despite having everything, I felt nothing.

So what did I do? I learned to align my ego with my soul. I learned how to embrace who I truly am without resistance.

Besides mastering the practicalities of the business world, I delved deep into the world of the soul. I came to understand that one does not invalidate the other; in fact, they complement each other. To do this, I had to confront my own shadow—my vulnerability, shame, and guilt. I invested in countless books, courses, and workshops, and traveled to Mexico to study neuro-linguistic programming and coaching. I then went to India to immerse myself in yoga, kundalini, tantra, and Ayurveda. Finally, I journeyed to Thailand to deepen my understanding of emotional intelligence, compassion, and tolerance.

It might look easy—traveling the world while supporting a family on my own. But it was not. And believe me, it would have been much easier if I’d had the knowledge I have today. I probably would have made all those trips for enjoyment. I would not have been in search of something I could not quite grasp at the time.

When I laid out all the knowledge I’d accumulated, I realized what had been missing. I truly listened to what the world around me was communicating. First, I had been asking the wrong questions. Second, I was not truly living my life or meeting my own expectations. I learned how my body worked and how my energy flowed. I understood my defense mechanisms and triggers. With all this knowledge, I discovered how to use it to my advantage.

It’s not just about doing yoga, meditating, traveling, or even achieving wealth. It’s about understanding how our energy (soul) and our body operate in this matrix. When people say “know yourself,” they mean it. We might know ourselves on the surface, but we often overlook the mechanisms by which we attract or repel opportunities. I combined the knowledge of NLP. I also explored astrology, trauma healing, attachment styles, yoga, and Human Design. Then everything started to make sense.

I finally realized that all the challenges I faced were shaping me. They helped me develop the emotional intelligence needed to guide others. This guidance is for those awakening to their true selves or navigating the journey of self-discovery. It helps those learning to cope with pain and loss. It also aids those striving to live in harmony with the cosmic dance we all partake in.

One thing I know for sure: when you learn to do your inner work, everything begins to flow. You live as your true self without resistance, and you feel a deep sense of fulfillment. Why? Because you’re living a life aligned with the true YOU—the you that is not afraid, in pain, or in lack.
