About personal development and spirituality that everyone should read

One of the paths for healing and personal growth is through reading. Not all books speak with us, but sometimes we are blessed to be transformed by them.
And nowadays, with the development of technologies, for those who do not have the practice of reading there is the alternative of audio books.
Below I made a list of the books that I consider to have been mile stones in my path.

1 - Kryon from Lee Carol

I think there are around 14 Kryon books, I'm not going to recommend any specific one because they choose us, if we are available for them. In a short explanation, they are channeled compilations that explain how our Matrix works. I remember quite well the impact I had when I read the first and fifth. They were without a doubt quantum leaps in my path.

2 - Many Lives, Many Masters from Brian l Weiss

If you are interested in understanding past lives, this is a good start.

3 - The Road Less Traveled from M. Scott Peck

It was one of those books that changed me.

4 - Letting Go from David R.Hawkins

A simple way to explain emotions, frequencies and how we can manage them to have a different impact on our lives.

5 - The 5 love languages : The secret to love that lasts from Gary chapman

I believe everyone should read this one and study it.
If we could understand that we all love and feel loved in different ways, we would be more sensitive to one another.

6 - Heal Your Wounds and Find Your True Self from Lise Bourbeau

The 5 wounds of the soul. I also recommend this one to everyone without exception.
We all have them, just in different dosages. So explore how you can take care of your wound/fear of: rejection, abandonment, humiliation, betrayal and injustice.

7 - The book from Alan Watts

Without a doubt one of my favorite books.
Simple, concise, with pretty saucy life questions and answers.
If you want to expand your perspectives and perceptions, this is the book for you.

8 - Karma from Sadhguru

Many people talk about Karma but few really understand its essence and mechanism.
In this book Sadhguru, explains in a simple way and with examples, what is this concept.

9 - Breaking the habit of being yourself from Joe Dispenza

If you change your energy, your vibration, you change your reality. You change your life. Of course it's not that simple, but Joe provides some effective tools to get us there.

10 - The Celestine Prophecy from James Redfield

It's a novel, about synchronicities, love, resilience and transformation. A spiritual journey that exposes our doubts, our wounds and our strengths.

There are many more out there that I could advise, but these for me were, perhaps the ones that had the most impact in my life. I don’t say for you to read them all, but to allow yourself to feel which one calls for you.
The path for self-knowledge can be lonely and reading books is not enough.
